  • Learn a proper elastic band warm up routine to strengthen shoulders and prevent injury. (Elastic Bands will be provided to all athletes)

  • Train Fundamental skills to improve balance, legs, movement, and feel in the water.

  • Practice positional skills for both offense and defense. Work on how to create an advantage and protect yourself on defense.

  • Focus on proper passing stability, technique, and recovery. Develop your precision passing through drills designed to engage mind-muscle connection.

  • Improve shooting by focusing on proper body position while exploring new shot techniques to diversify your shooting arsenal.

  • Learn what to look for when attacking the goal. Read when, how, and where to shoot on any Goalkeeper.

  • Explore Counter Attack situations, how to create an advantage, and inside water finishing to score.

  • Work on skills to attack a press. How to properly protect yourself and the ball, how to move and release to receive the ball, when to drive , and how to position yourself for a 6m foul shot.

  • Compete in 6x5 drills to improve your situational recognition while engaging all players involved.

  • Learn elite 5x6 techniques including shot blocking, moving while blocking, recovering to proper defensive position, attacking passing lanes, and reading when a shot is coming.

  • Put your new skills to the test in controlled scrimmages and competitions against fellow athletes for the chance to win prizes for your team.

  • Get to know Max Irving and the other guest coaches of the US Men’s & Women’s Senior National Teams
